this map is set in a snowy biome, so the water keeps freezing, making the lava flow and burn the person who is harvesting
Well, just simply put a block over the ice and it will not freeze.

i have slow internet and sometimes it even hangs so cant download it
if you make a jack-o-lantern (torch+pumpkin) it melts nearby ice and snow
